Dr. Sterling, a longtime educator in Camden County, developed Tech Type—a system inspired by Myers-Briggs and True Colors—to help students understand how their approach to technology influences their learning. Her goal was to bridge the digital divide and make STEM more engaging by aligning students' strengths with tech roles. She entrusted me with designing E-Learning Digital Printouts for her online course, providing structured, visually engaging resources for teachers and parents.
By analyzing how students use technology, this course empowers them to become stronger, more effective tech team members. Dr. Sterling provided the core concepts and images, while I handled the creative execution—ensuring that the materials were both functional and visually appealing.

REAL ESTATE FLYERS
Kathleen Bosworth, a Commercial Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway Hodnett Cooper, needed a high-quality marketing brochure to showcase a prime commercial property. Having previously worked in real estate marketing, I was well-versed in crafting materials that effectively communicate a property's value.
Kathleen provided select images, while I sourced additional visuals from Google Earth, marking up key features to enhance clarity. The final brochure included detailed property descriptions, floor plans, high-resolution photos, neighborhood insights, and essential proximity details—such as access to major airports, schools, and shopping centers.
Designed to appeal to potential investors and business owners, the brochure blends professional layout, compelling copy, and engaging visuals to present the property in the best possible light.
